About oracle database support.

Requirement

Decided to postpone support because of problems with container support and local installation.
The following list is a list of new features that do not support oracle.

• Support the "OAuth 2.0 Device Flow".
• Add the CIBA store to the Oracle and Postgre DDL.
• Authentication Device (AD) is required for CIBA.
