[Bug]: Orders window - ctrl+click on the list doesn't move the view to the selected station/depot

Expected result
It should work as in version 13 - clicking on an order on the list takes the view to the selected station/depot
Actual result
Problem is similar to that with the signs list. It's not easily repeatable, I can't provide steps to reproduce, but when it occurs it's very annoying.
Steps to reproduce
I'm attaching a save with a case where this problem occurred.
Bug - Orders list, 2011-02-24.zip
- Open vehicle no.14 orders
- Using the orders list, move the view to positions 1, 2, then to 3 and 4 - the last two don't work
- Then move the view from position 4 and 2 - again it doesn't work
Perhaps it has to do with a change in orders.

It does not move the view to the "nearest depot" order. It makes no sense because it is often impossible. Well, this bug could be call "bad readability of the orders list", but that's a different problem. Sorry for unnecessary reports.
