Hello. In oscap v. 1.3.7, product McAfee VirusScan Enterprise for Linux is present as supported SCAP security guide. Nonetheless as it cannot be missed, as per the official site, no mention of such product exists, nor is there a product dedicated to Linux. I guess there must exist some magic in this project in order to be able to have it supported.

Well, magic does not exists, so let's sort this out. Where does it say that OpenSCAP support McAfee VirusScan Enterprise for Linux product?

That is what makes human. And for instance the lack of label odd along with the relevant use of label unclear. What happened that you did not know yet? At least one member of the developer team you too are member of had since the time of this reporting date removed the according mentions. However at the time i am writing not yet from everywhere as a mention of it can still be admired there. Be quick though. The very presence of mentions McAfee VirusScan Enterprise for Linux in this code could nonetheless be attested by the versions history of this very repository. They were at the time at least in package scap-security-guide.

Ah, static.open-scap.org, understood. It is long due to be dragged behind the barn and... well, you know. Noted.
