Add localisation support

Hello. An investigation aimed to determine the existence of localisation support by searching in this repository, indicates that there is no such support yet. A good project, which is in my opinion the case here, deserves a such support. I would be ready myself to contribute to translate for Finnish locale. There are plenty of localisation platforms that exit nowadays. The challenge is to pick a decent one as the quality of the UI designs may differ strongly among them. I was about to suggest one of those platform as good candidate for this project but considered afterwards not to be fair in regard to others platforms. So I won't. Perhaps an external localisation service may even not be a suitable solution for this project. An internal service might be more suitable. That was my suggestion.
