Add more data for user profiles

The OpenRA user profile should be more than just the forum profile. For example, we could allow users to:
- upload/link favorite replays
- select/link favorite maps
- select a favorite mod
- select a favorite faction
This information could be displayed in the forum user profile and in the author information in forum threads.
I'm no longer working on the project - ask to reopen if you want to take over development.
