Hello
Thanks for this brilliant app

Could you possibly support this please?

thanks

Doesn't it already work?

Fixed by #637

Hey, I am using android 12, and this feature does not work.

When I am using default launcher (Quickstep) and something's shortcut,
it will pop up a small drawer from screen's bottom; user can drag and drop it on home screen.

When I am using OpenLauncher, no drawer show up.
For firefox, it even does not show up the menu item to add shortcut.

@dewijones92 what is your android version?
Does anyone using android 12 suffer or does not suffer from the bug?

I'm seeing the same problem. I can't have this launcher as my default because it means no access to PWAs or shortcuts that I use every day.

Which version of OpenLauncher ?
Fixed in master branch but not yet released. (see #695)

Sorry, I didn't realise the last release was so long ago. Still on 0.7.4 from F-Droid.

Thanks, I download it the nightly build from this repository's action page and it work.
Look forward to the official release.

@dewijones92 maybe you can close this issue?

I didn't even know about those. Is it okay to use? Or does it behave differently because it's a debug build or something?

The shortcut work fine, but there are some other bugs.
I faced bugs that launcher itself keep going back to the home page of the launcher.
(see my comment in issue #501)

You can try it yourself. Openlauncher can export/import settings,
and in android change launcher is not a large deal.

For my use, I find the master version better than 0.7.4. But this is just my opinion. You can try it yourself.
