Output Power not at full power?

Hi,

After configuring openlst for our board, we're unable to have the power send at the expected power output. We're trying to send a packet of frequency 450mhz, but after configuring our settings, toying around with setting the PA_TABLE configurations up to 7, we're still unable to get the board to transmit an RF signal at max power. Is there something else we need to do? Our settings are derived from SmartRF Studio.
