Change the invulnerability into a breakable shield for the Shield power

It would be better if instead of granting invulnerability the shield power granted extra HP. This way it's more fair and less abusable. (for example with invulnerability you can make immortal bomb pods and snipe a base without any possibility of avoiding it)
