Remove or update vtkjs renderer

We added a vtkjs renderer, but I don't think anyone is actually using it. vtkjs has changed a lot since it was added, and we can't easily update to newer versions of vtkjs. I think we should either remove it or spend the effort to keep it updated, as in its current state it isn't likely to get usage due to its staleness.
This was updated to track vtk.js latest and works as much as it ever has. We should still consider removing it to reduce the package size.
