I want to know can I use the sam_vit_h_4b8939.pth directly?
You can directly use vit_h, which signifies that you will be utilizing the original SAM for operations. Currently, SAM-Med2D has only undergone fine-tuning on vit_b.
您可以直接使用 vit_h，这意味着您将使用原始 SAM 进行操作。目前，SAM-Med2D仅在vit_b上进行了微调。
那就是说SAM-Med2D不能对图像进行全局分割（everything），我看automatic_mask_generator.py中写的：
使用 SAM 模型，为整个图像生成掩码。

低质量和重复的蒙版。默认设置是为具有 ViT-H 主干的 SAM
Everything模式只是在整张图上撒点生成多个mask，并没有感知全局的能力。感兴趣的话可以替换我们的权重尝试，但由于我们训练的时候不是全景的方式，所以everything的能力会比较差。
