`GetMarktakteur` not part of `soap_api.download.MaStRAPI`

The API call GetMarktakteur, as described here cannot be called using the python wrapper.
@chrwm Do you understand why this is the case?
The error it throws is
'MaStRAPI' has no attribute GetMarktakteur
