Hey, the stuck relay detection works :-)

Had the 50A Struthers - Dunn contactor weld itself running at 32A. Anyone else have issues like that? The relay is only around a year old.

I lightly took a file to the contacts, then sanded with 400 grit, 2000 grit, and scrubbed the contactor with contact cleaner.
30A after 5 or 10 minutes and everything seems fine again without any excessive heat

We might want to add cleaning the contactor to yearly maintenance or something

Published. I changed the language from Contactor to Relay. Technically these are more contactor-like vs relay-like, but the datasheet calls them relays... so I digress :-)
