ODM Obj2Tiles version not up to date

I have the windows native install of ODM version 3.5.1
I was trying to use the --error flag with Obj2Tiles by modifying ocgtiles.py. When ran, ODM reports that --error is not valid. I went a bit deeper and found that "Obj2Tiles --version" reported v1.0.0. In this version, --error was never added as an option. It was not until v1.0.4 that error calculation was added.

I went into the source code for ODM v3.5.1 and found that the Cmake file for Obj2Tiles list the version as v1.0.12 (most recent update), but when I use the ODM_Setup_3.5.1.exe downloaded from GitHub and run Obj2Tiles --version, the version is still 1.0.0.

Is there a bug with ODM_Setup_3.5.1.exe? and how that is compiled? How can I compile the source code myself?
