ENC soundings are too large

Describe the bug
Set Scale Factors to "0" see screenshot.
Expected behavior
An ENC soundings scale that is closer to what users would want.

- Version 5.9 current master
Not sure if this is a result of using the MSstudio debug version,
but I've also noticed that the
Download version renders All charts much better than the the debugging version which seems unable to render and tile multiple charts in a meaningful way. The debug version must be hampered by memory issues or something.
The downloaded version renders very nicely.
I think I will close this and reopen if I notice it again.
