Time Series Graph - for JSON time series project, include default values

The time series product describes a graph or other product. Some properties such as color, have defaults that ideally should be consistent across applications that use time series products. To accomplish this, the product needs a way to pass on the defaults so that they can be used as needed in applications. For example, add a defaults JSON element and include default values for all properties, including repeating color list.
