medmc_qa dataset does not contain generated CoTs

Looking at both the dataset viewer and a local dump I generated, it seems like the medmc_qa dataset does not contain generated CoTs?
Yes, I noticed that too recently, unfortunately this slipped through somehow. This is fixed in the PR for the new CoTs.
