n8n redirect request error 522

since I set WEBHOOK_URL=https://n8n.x-agent.net/redirect/http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%3A5678/n8n, and n8n generates OAUTH Redirect URL: https://n8n.x-agent.net/redirect/http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%3A5678/n8n/rest/oauth2-credential/callback, and I put it into GitHub OAUTH Application registration for a try.
But once I click connection, it raises 522 error.
It seems a Host Error in n8n.x-agent.net.
What can I do? Is there an other way to finish connect？
n8n official offer a argument --tunnel to redirect URL, does it functions?
