Add multiple reciters auido

Description
As a user I want to listen different reciters while reading Qur'an so I can learn to read correctly
Acceptance Criteria

- Add multiple reciters audio, so user can download reciter audio from the displayed list
- Display a list of reciters in the Surah Details -> Settings -> Sound drop-down
- Make one default reciter ex: "Mishary Al-Afasy"
- If user clicks on the other reciter change default reciter audio and download audio
- Show reciters list in the playing bar
- User should be able to change default reciter audio from the playing-bar and from the settings section
