Description of Enhancement :

In most recent OCX discussion, there was interest in flagging early exercised and early exercisable options.

Why is this Needed?

This is important information and is probably worth capturing regardless of what the needs are in OCF.

Anything else we need to know?

Per TWG discussion, let's just add a flag on the issuance itself as to whether that particular EquityCompensation is early exercisable.
