Double clicking the Spell node doesn't switch to spell tab if the spell is open

Issue description

When you have a Spell node with a spell selected and you double click the spell, it opens the spell in a new tab and switches to that tab. If you already have the spell open though, it doesn't switch to that tab. It should switch to the tab even if the spell is already open so people can easily navigate through their subspell graphs.

Steps to reproduce

• Place down a Spell node
• select a subspell in the spell node inspector
• double click it and see that it opens a new tab with that spell
• switch back to the main spell tab
• double click again and see that you stay in the current tab
