Currently on the AIDE settings page the fields are saved on change, but this isn't a good user experience
We should only save the changed settings if the user presses a "save" button or something like it.
so the ACs are
AS a user on the AIDE
WHEN I make changes to the fields on the settings page
AND I press the save button
THEN and only then are my settings saved
AS a user on the AIDE
WHEN I make changes to the fields on the settings page
AND I navigate away from that page without pressing save
THEN my changes have not been saved
