Vigiglobe Code Test Submission

As the code submission is based upon the reagent template project suggested by the test, it can be installed as follows:

1. Clone the repo git clone https://github.com/OliverM/vigiglobe.git

2. In the project directory, assuming Leiningen is installed, run lein figwheel

3. Visit the project homepage at http://localhost:3449
