Requirements:

• Oasis should be the default Exchange
• Etherdelta and 0x are disabled until we are adding the functionality
• After the user clicked on the button Create Report, it is not possible for him to start the process again while the exporter is in process.

changes:

• use new remove icon which is 20x20 instead of 22x22 icon-close.svg.zip
• Exchange Picker should be clickable (disabled/enabled), but only oasis for now
• Change Export Trades to Enter Addresses and make it horizontally centered.
• Change Exchanges to Choose Exchanges and make it horizontally centered.
• Change button font weight from 500 to 400
• Change the border color of the address box to #F0F0F0
• Ethereum Addresses should be visible at least 5 chars in the beginning and 5 chars at the end
• I have changed measurements of the address box and the exchange picker, so those paddings/margins needs to be updated.
