Add MailCatcher and Mysql in docker-compose

Hello!
What do you think about to add Processing Email (MailCatcher) and Mysql in docker-compose?

I'd be add phantomJS to that list, as it doesn't seem to be installed via docker-compose currently, which means none of the tests are functional.
