Guard RSpec not working

Below is a manual attempt at running the specs from guard, but the same error occurs when automatically invoking:
[1] guard(main)> rspec
12:04:29 - INFO - Run RSpec
12:04:29 - INFO - Running all specs
12:04:29 - ERROR - No cmd option specified, unable to run specs!
