Issue

What is the issue?

http://opencre.org/deeplink/ASVS?sectionid=v9.2.5 does not work because it expects sectionID <-- this is not user friendly
https://www.opencre.org/deeplink/ASVS?sectionID=v9.2.5 does not work because of a bug
https://www.opencre.org/deeplink/ASVS?section=Verify%20that%20backend%20TLS%20connection%20failures%20are%20logged. also doe not work because of a bug

Expected Behaviour

all of those should redirect to https://github.com/OWASP/ASVS/blob/v4.0.3/4.0/en/0x17-V9-Communications.md#v92-server-communication-security

Actual Behaviour

Nothing happens
