LHA support for --nv flag (GPU support)

This came up at OSC, and even though we won't use it (our linux hosts are login nodes without GPUs) someone may want to enable GPU support for the apps they run through linux host adapters.

Specifically, I'm looking for support for the --nv flag in apptainer (this could differ in singularity)
