Unable to Use Multiple CPUs

A user reported that when opening ANSYS Workbench they were unable to use Fluent with multiple CPUs, and when they tried they were told that the number of licenses they required were not available. The PBS options for ANSYS need to be changed and the submission form needs to be changed to allow requesting that ANSYS reserve those licenses.
