  • The 4.0.1/4.0.2 release notes should replace those of 4.0.0
  • Also, changes between v3.1.0 to v4.0.0-rc.1, v4.0.0-rc.1 to v4.0.0-rc.2 and v4.0.0-rc.2 to v4.0.0 need to be represented as one change.

changes between v3.1.0 to v4.0.0-rc.1, v4.0.0-rc.1 to v4.0.0-rc.2 and v4.0.0-rc.2 to v4.0.0 are now represented as one. Need to add changes for 4.0.1 and 4.0.2
