invalid token - when restarting , it changes

I installed only only office from feature/ssl branch.
when integrating next cloud and only office, an invalid token is used. Found the token in the line cat /etc/onlyoffice/documentserver/local.conf | grep - it works.
But every time the container is restarted, it changes.
what could be the problem?
added environment:
- JWT_SECRET=secret
