How make url without index.php

http://mynextcloud.com/***index.php***/.... to http://mynextcloud.com/....

        location ~ \.php(?:$|/) {
            #fix
            fastcgi_split_path_info ^(.+\.php)(/.+)$;
            include fastcgi_params;
            fastcgi_param SCRIPT_FILENAME $document_root$fastcgi_script_name;

I had the same issue as you, and I fixed it by modifying the nginx.conf with stuff I took from Nextcloud's own documentation : https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/latest/admin_manual/installation/nginx.html

So, the first step you should do is edit the config.php (nextcloud/data/config/config.php) file by adding

'htaccess.RewriteBase' => '/',

at the bottom before the last parenthesis and colon

And then, enter this command to update the .htaccess file

docker exec -it --user www-data app-server php occ maintenance:update:htaccess

For the nginx.conf file, you can copy mine here :

nginx config

user  www-data;
worker_processes  1;

error_log  /var/log/nginx/error.log warn;
pid        /var/run/nginx.pid;

events {
    worker_connections  1024;
}

http {

    upstream backend {
      server app-server:9000;
      #server unix:/var/run/php/php7.4-fpm.sock;
    }

    # Set the "immutable" cache control options only for assets with a cache busting "v" argument
    map $arg_v $asset_immutable {
    "" "";
    default "immutable";
    }

    include       /etc/nginx/mime.types;
    default_type  application/octet-stream;

    log_format  main  '$remote_addr - $remote_user [$time_local] "$request" '
                      '$status $body_bytes_sent "$http_referer" '
                      '"$http_user_agent" "$http_x_forwarded_for"';

    access_log  /var/log/nginx/access.log  main;

Restart the nginx-server container and it should be working!
