OnlyOffice and NextCloud with only the Document Server on Docker

I'm trying to figure out how to run the OnlyOffice Document Server alongside NextCloud, similar to how this repository is set up, but without running NextCloud via Docker. I'm trying to run several instances of NextCloud with a normal LAMP setup, then run the Document Server behind an Apache reverse proxy via Docker. But I can't get NextCloud to connect to the Document Server.
