Maybe use CI to build the book?

Currently I use ghp-import locally - it's okay for now, but CI would help to detect issues, and avoid me the work.
Speaking against a CI build is that the build requires quite some time and resources...
@TimoRoth if you feel bored and have time, I'd welcome your help on this (not super urgent for now).
Ah actually before we do that I need this to be in: executablebooks/sphinx-book-theme#282
So it really is not urgent for now
