Version tag of 2.45.1 missing the "v"

I don't if it matters but I just noticed that 2.45.1 is missing the "v" in the git tag.
(Just a random find, I checked because I was exploring the best practice to use for our releases.)
I did notice it before pushing but then forgot to remove the non-v-prefixed tag. Updated the release, thanks for spotting.
