Privacy Policy As any user I can access the privacy policy

2 things we need to do for the copy:
- Assess current privacy policy and figure out if anything's irrelevant (e.g. local mode)/what we need to add stuff now that v2 has more functionality
- Review new draft with any lawyers/security people who can give us a final ✅ (Ashkan?)
The privacy policy should include whatever language and explanations we use here: #33
I figure we can combine the FAQ and the Privacy Policy on one page, like FW v1 does. Again, super-simple--see wireframes below.
