Server not using correct anisette data.

I recently went from an iphone 8 plus to an iphone 13 pro max. I changed the udid to the new phone and the settings and im getting the 36607 error even though the anisette server is up and working correctly. I passed the env variables and i get the anisette data when i go to the port in a web browser.
During the run it says that it is running off of a json file of some sort. is it possible to manually update that .json file or make a new one?
