Installing IPA stuck at 0.75

I set up custom anisette server according to an issue listed in this and installed IPAs. First time installing the IPA worked just fine, but when redo these steps to reinstall (because of expiration), the progress seems to halt at 75%. The last terminal output were:

Installation Progress: 0.75
Finished writing to device.
Installation Progress: 0.75

And does not seem to continue.
