Add general Head metadata to entire app

Currently the App lacks a lot of some metadata previous versions had.
The list of things to add to Head.
- Proper title
- Description
- Twitter links
- Image
- Canonical link
- OpenGraph stuff
Has to be added to the following pages.
- Main
- Portfolio
- Project
- Blog
- Post
- 404
