Bug with poly_launch in Windows 8

The Pandora writes "Another copy of Pandora is already runned" even if no copy is runned.
This bug appears in Windows 8 only (not in Windows XP and Windows 7, I've edited the title).
I think the trouble is dealed with wrong WinAPI working "FindWindowA" in Windows 8 in line 94 of pandora.rb.
Hey, somebody with Win8, try to execute again, I've changed the code and hope it's all right now.

В Win8 запускается и работает нормально. Я думаю баг можно закрывать
(по логике если в "минимальной" и "максимальной" винде это работает то
должно и во всех остальных).
