plugin influxdb specified but module artillery-plugin-influxdb could not be loaded

Hello,

I am trying to use artillary code to generate load and visualize metrics using influxdb.
I see that the lambda is getting invoked and load is being generated.
I have influxdb running on a different server. I dont seem to get the metrics loaded on the server.
I have gone through an earlier issue #14. I have tried adding ip and hostname and also added corresponding entries in /etc/hosts file. I have ensured that the connectivity exists between servers.
I do see that the warning is showing up on cloudwatch.

Not sure what else could be wrong. Appreciate if someone can get back as it is a bit of an urgent request.
