See title. setup.sh -> builder.sh. Thanks for this amazing series!

I'm not a maintainer, but thought I'd mention that I don't think the reference to setup.sh in Pill 12.4 is a mistake. In Pill 10.2, they split up builder.sh into two scripts: builder.sh and setup.sh, and I believe it's that setup.sh that 12.4 is referring to.
