[Bug] Bot holds offers for review if own items are duped

Describe the bug
The bot currently holds offers for manual review if one of its own items is duped. It should only check duped on the items it’s reveiving
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Enable dupe checks
- Simply own a duped item and try to buy it
Expected behavior
It should not require manual review if one of its own items is duped
