Add Erigon as an execution client choice for ethereum networks
Looks like we can do this now https://erigon.gitbook.io/erigon/basic-usage/getting-started/docker
I don't think they had a single container option previously.
Available in the latest release v6. Unfortunately, you can't auto update to this version. you must re-download NiceNode and install
