How does NextPolish polish an assembly with long reads? I mean, does NextPolish use the "K-mer score chain module" described in the article "NextPolish: a fast and efficient genome polishing tool for long-read assembly" or NextPolish uses some other algorithm for polishing with long reads?
Yes, almost the same except for a few modifications.
