Post-course 2020 tutorial processing

The goal here is to push all of our notebooks through the new CI, to reset them into an unexecuted state and to otherwise run them through the latest version of the processing pipeline.
In most cases, the existing version can just be re-committed from Colab and it will trigger the necessary processing. Week 1 notebooks and a few isolated cases in later weeks will need small changes to exercise formatting to pass the latest version of the solution verification check.
