burp extension: intruder, repeater, scanner not work

I have some problems with "python setup.py install" step, and I had to use next list

After install burp extension I don't have any errors. Intercept work fine and I see all API steps "up", "callback" etc. But intruder, repeater just send POST and thats all (I saw it in logger++). I am used correct server URL and key, payload with 127.0.0.1:8000. I am tested it on example from tutorial (http://xss-quiz.int21h.jp/).

Im use Burp Community 1.7.34, Python 2.7.15, OS Kali Linux 2018.2
Can you help me please?
