Incorrect tile for Ixoth

The currently used tile for Ixoth (knight quest nemesis) depicts a demon looking very similar to Nalzok rather than a dragon. Attached a possible replacement tile, a red dragon with green eyes (exact same color as the eyes on Ixoth's current tile)
