Siac human readable transfer speed units

Currently the renter download command (and potentially other commands) displays the download speeds strictly in terms of mbps, which is not very human friendly for very fast or very slow downloads. We should add a human friendly converter to switch between magnitudes and display whatever unit makes the most sense given the current speed.

And then we should check if any of the other transfer speed functions need this applied as well.
