Need more tests in the siatest renter package to test allowance edge cases. Some edge cases to test are the following:

  1. Canceling the allowance and then reseting allowance with significantly larger period
  2. Canceling the allowance and then reseting allowance with significantly larger renew window
  3. Canceling the allowance and then reseting allowance with significantly smaller period
  4. Canceling the allowance and then reseting allowance with significantly smaller renew window
