clusterize plug-in is not working with angular ng-repeat

I'm trying to load the data using ng-repeat with clusterize plug-in unfortunately it is not working. But when I use for loop data then it is working fine.
Can you please provide the inputs to make it work and may I know why it is not working with ng-repeat. Please find the below JS fiddle for my work.
